When she moved to San Francisco in 2004, chocolate was her passion, but not her career. Gancia, an Irish-Filipino immigrant, was raised in Manila in a family that loved chocolate. But this female LGBTQ-owned chocolate company in the Castro district is definitely worth checking out.
